About the Classes

Pelvic Floor Yoga classes are for every woman who wants to focus on pelvic floor and abdominal muscle toning. Also restoring and relaxing , the yoga classes are great for mums who just had a baby. Put aside all other responsibilities, do nothing but enjoying listening to the sound of your own breath as you move through wonderfully flowing yoga poses!

What to bring

You don’t need to bring anything else apart from comfortable clothing to wear and a water bottle if needed.

Class Details

Fee Klauser is currently living in Germany with her two little girls to be with her mother and help care for her grandma. She will be back to teach again early Jan 2020.
