Join us anytime, even if a course has already started. It is recommended to wait until 6 to 8 weeks post birth and when you feel ready to join.  


The Mums&Bubs Yoga classes are designed to restore, nurture and strengthen your body after the birth of your baby. The focus lies on strengthening the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Gentle opening and strengthening of the chest and shoulder areas.All poses and movements allow for a playful and fun interaction and bonding time with your baby. It is a weekly space which allows you to connect to your body in a loving way and to recharge your energy and meet other 'new' mums and babies.

Upcoming courses

Fee Klauser is currently living in Germany with her two little girls to be with her mother and help care for her grandma. She will be back to teach again early Jan 2020.

Please bring comfortable clothing to wear in class and for your baby a dribble rug and toys etc. You are welcome to feed and change nappies as required throughout the class. There are plenty of mats, blankets and other props at the studio, available for our use.
