Bellyamas Prenatal Yoga supports you during pregnancy by strengthening and nurturing your body.

Learn useful breathing techniques assisting natural birth by staying centred, calm and strong. Increase your endurance with appropriate little challenges throughout the class.

It is a weekly space to focus on your pregnancy and your baby.

Your body is going through many inner and outer changes whilst growing a little human being and it is therefore important to nurture yourself with lots of love and tenderness

Bookings are essential $20 trial | $25 casual | $110 6-class pass (valid for 8 weeks) +$1 to buy a tree to help save the planet

Our Save the Planet program: Restore yourself AND the planet through Yoga: There will be $1 add on to each yoga class you purchase which will go towards the reforestation program with One Tree Planted. Thank you for helping to restore our planet for our children!

What to bring

There are plenty of mats, blankets and other props at the studio, available for our use so you don't need to bring anything apart from comfortable clothing to wear in class.
