Bellyamas Prenatal Yoga supports you during pregnancy by strengthening and nurturing your body.

Learn useful breathing techniques assisting natural birth by staying centred, calm and strong. Increase your endurance with appropriate little challenges throughout the class.

It is a weekly space to focus on your pregnancy and your baby.

Your body is going through many inner and outer changes whilst growing a little human being and it is therefore important to nurture yourself with lots of love and tenderness

Class Details

Fee Klauser is currently living in Germany with her two little girls to be with her mother and help care for her grandma. She will be back to teach again early Jan 2020.


What to bring

There are plenty of mats, blankets and other props at the studio, available for our use so you don't need to bring anything apart from comfortable clothing to wear in class.
