Mindful VINYASA FLOW
The Mindful Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes allow you to explore moving to the rhythm of your breath turning your Vinyasa Flow practice into a powerful moving mediation. Become a 'moving union' (vinyasa yoga), aligning body, breath and mind. This practice of mindfulness enables you to be more present in your body and mind and to reduce stress levels. Physically, we will also focus on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles as well as opening and releasing shoulder, chest and neck areas. Each session will be 'sandwiched' by a rejuvenating restorative pose (Asana) to help you release tensions.
Classes run with Fee Klauser Only until the end of November! Sundays 6.30 to 7.45pm

What to bring
There are plenty of mats, blankets and other props at the studio, available for our use so you don't need to bring anything apart from comfortable clothing to wear in class.
